    Dr. Elsadre

    Dr. Elsadre serves as The PsyClinic Director and the TMS ( Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Program Director. As a Certified TMS Clinician; Dr. Elsadre coordinates patients care through their journey with TMS to overcome their depression. Dr. Elsadre holds a Medical Bachelor and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from Cairo Medical School, Egypt. She is the Director of clinical services of one of the largest and most successful practices in South east Texas, The Psyclinic with 2 locations in the Houston metropolitan area. Leads a team of more than 20 mental health providers and staff. Created several new successful mental health programs such as the (You Are Beautiful )program. Started TRANS-CRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION program at the Psyclinic and performed on more than 100 patients by now. Dr. Elsadre has exhibited expert knowledge of policies, procedures, ethical standards and laws regarding the delivery of medical care and has been dedicated to the improved performance at the organizational, departmental and individual levels at The PsyClinic. Published Concur magazine in June of 2015 to enhance wellness awareness and emphasize logical discussions on various health, beauty and fitness topics affecting our lives.

    Bobby Wells, Beauty Editor

    After living in Los Angeles and New York City, and battling testicular cancer, I am a proud survivor currently living in Houston, Texas. Writing has always been one of my tunnels of serenity & creativity. Spending several years on stage productions after USC theatrical training, I've transitioned into Beauty and Editorial Makeup for TV, Film, and special events. Being Bilingual, I also work a lot within the Latin community. I have been published for my makeup talent in the Best of LA issue- Los Angeles Magazine, 2005.     Always a lover of words well written, Tammy Adams has worked as a staff writer, editor and then freelance writer at newspapers and magazines for more than 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas Christian University and met and married her husband while in college. They have three sons and Tammy spends most of her time home schooling the three boys, ages 16, 15 and 10.

    Patricia Gras, Writer at large

    Patricia Gras is an ardent storyteller, whether it is using the medium of television or music. She has a background of life experiences as diverse as the city she covers. Patricia speaks five languages and holds three master’s degrees (an MBA from ESADE in Spain, a Masters in international management from Thunderbird (AZ) and a master’s in journalism from Columbia University in New York. She's been hosting the award winning series "Living Smart with Patricia Gras" On Houston BS (KUHT-TV) since 2005. In 2012 and began her own production company. She recently wrote a book "The Yin and Yang of a Small Fish in a Big Murky ond" about her life experiences in the media and well and released her fourth album "Simplicity" of her favorite songs.

    Emilia Benton, Fitness Editor

    Emilia is a Houston-based writer, editor and long-distance runner. She graduated from Hofstra University in New York in 2009 with a degree in print journalism and minors in Spanish and Women's studies. In addition to her day job, Emilia is a brand ambassador for Oiselle, a women's athletic clothing company, and the Chevron Houston Marathon. She enjoys traveling, baking, country music and all things hot pink.

    Cynthia Plemons, Psychology Editor

    Cynthia earned an M.S. in Psychology from the University Central Oklahoma. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Oklahoma, making her a (Sooner) at heart. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents both in residential and inpatient settings. Cynthia has numerous successes bringing together families separated by the State and Juvenile Justice system. Her experience with children include behavioral disorders, depression, conduct disorder, substance abuse and psychosis. She is a facilitator for (Parenting with Love and Logic). Cynthia has worked with incarcerated adults and adults with substance abuse, depression and psychosis in an intensive outpatient, residential and outpatient settings. With over 13 years experience working with families, adults, adolescence and children she takes a holistic approach, believing a healthier being requires a combination of mind, body and spirit.
